Cardiac Maniac

A short arcade game where you must escape a hospital filled with murderous nurses, doctors and robots. A rare heart disease makes you a prime test subject, but you won't have it! Use your unstable heart to explode them all to smithereens in this turn-based puzzle game.

Made in 48 hours as part of the B1T Jam 2025.
